With 10 years of experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) leadership, I bring deep expertise in optimizing revenue processes and clinical research for the healthcare sector. the meticulous precision required for payor enrollment and regulatory compliance, while bringing creative problem-solving to complex billing workflows. My drive comes from a decisive leadership approach and an unrelenting determination in accounts receivable—ensuring providers are fully credentialed, compliant, and compensated for every dime earned.
Outside of my work at Sweet Pea, my favorite role is being a mom. You can usually find me actively involved in my kids’ school, supporting their activities, and celebrating their growth.
