Jaimie St. John: With 20 years of experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management leadership, Jaimie brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, including expertise in event and conference planning for the healthcare sector. As a certified compliance officer, she has a passion for all things compliance and thrives on the structured, black-and-white aspects of the field, while also embracing creativity in other areas of revenue cycle management. Known for her determination, Jaimie relishes the challenge of accounts receivable, always fighting for that last dime.
What fuels her drive? Her decisive leadership style and commitment to enhancing revenue processes. Outside of SweetPea, Jaimie loves being a mom and is actively involved in her kids’ school functions, cherishing every moment spent supporting their activities and growth.
Megan Vokes: With over 13 years of revenue cycle management experience, including 9 years dedicated to pediatric and behavioral health, Megan is passionate about empowering healthcare providers. As our credentialing guru, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, ensuring that providers receive full compensation for every eligible service and allowing them to focus on their vital role in nurturing the next generation.
What drives her enthusiasm? Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance their billing practices and optimize financial outcomes. Her commitment to provider success is evident in every interaction. Outside of SweetPea, Megan cherishes making memories with her two young boys, volunteering in her community, and exploring her hobbies of gardening and woodworking. She takes pride in crafting beautiful cutting boards that blend functionality and artistry.
Heidi Chamberlin: With over 20 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management, Heidi is passionate about helping pediatric and mental health practices thrive. Known for her strategic approach to minimizing claim denials, she’s been a trusted partner in optimizing practice revenue.
What she enjoys most? Consulting and delivering impactful talks at key industry events. Her popular presentations have equipped healthcare professionals with the tools they need to overcome billing challenges and enhance their revenue streams. Outside of SweetPea, Heidi is a devoted mom, Yoga and Pilates instructor at Peace of Mind Pilates, and community volunteer. She’s also a lover of 1950s fashion and never without her signature red lip.
